Collection consists of a deed for land in Queens near Great Neck, Queens sold by Daniel Lawrence to William Pinfold, 1719; an indenture for land in northern New Jersey signed, among others, by Peter and Mary Livingston, 1762; a deed for land in Newtown, Queens sold by Lawrence and Sarah Roe to William Severich Pinfold, 1794; and an indenture between John Ramsey and John Criger for land in Westchester County, 1799. Also, a map of the property on which the Abigail Adams Smith Museum is located showing how the estate was divided into city lots, 1855.
